 This June, to commemorate this storied franchise, In The Game is pleased to announce the upcoming release of Broad Street Boys - The History of the Philadelphia Flyers Hockey Franchise in trading cards.

Each box will contain 14 cards. 8 Base Cards and 6 Inserts. Production run on this product will be extremely limited.

The Base Card set will depict the history of the Flyers. Subset sets include; Expansion Year, Broad Street Bullies, Triumph and Tragedy, Contending in the 90s, New Millennium and Continuing the Tradition. From Lou Angotti of the 1967-68 team to Brayden Schenn of the 2011-12 team.

The insert sets won't disappoint either. The 6 inserts in each box will be a combination of Authentic Game-Used Memorabilia Cards and Authentic Autograph Cards.

Checklist includes; Bobby Clarke, Peter Forsberg, Mark Howe, Ilya Bryzgalov, Tony Amonte, Don Saleski, Jeremy Roenick to name a few.

The Philadelphia Flyers won two Stanley Cups in the 70s. The first Stanley Cup win came over the Boston Bruins in 1974 and the Battle For The Cup Memorabilia card features Bernie Parent/Rick MacLeish/Dave Schultz/Gilles Gilbert/Terry O'Reilly/Phil Esposito.

Then in 1975 the Flyers prevailed over the Buffalo Sabres for their back-to-back Stanley Cup wins. This Battle For The Cup Memorabilia card features Bernie Parent/Bobby Clarke/Bill Barber/Gilbert Perreault/Danny Gare/Rick Martin.

Broad Street Boys Autograph Cards

From 1967 to 2012, the Broad Street Boys Autograph Card checklist will not disappoint. There will be both black and orange variations. Here are two samples of the great cards in the checklist.

Can't believe it but the Spring Expo is upon us.

Seems like we were just packing up our booth at the Fall Expo. In The GameLand will be back, bigger and better than ever. In The GameLand has become one of the must-see attractions at the Sportcard & Memorabilia Expo in recent years with its redemption programs, game-used memorabilia displays, pack wars, audience participation games and giveaways to attendees.

We are pleased to announce one of its most exciting show promotions to date, which will celebrate the 10th Anniversary of their popular Between The Pipes line of trading cards.

In The Game Wrapper Redemption

It wouldn't be a Spring Expo without an In The Game Redemption Program. The 2012 Spring Expo will feature redemptions for the following In The Game products*: 2011-12 Heroes and Prospects, ITG Enforcers, Captain-C, 2011-12 Between The Pipes and UM 11 SuperBox.

Open a box of 2011-12 Between The Pipes and receive a special 10th Anniversary Game-Used Memorabilia card featuring jerseys, pads, gloves on cards limited to ten.

UM-11 SuperBox Redemption

Dealers at the Spring Expo will have for sale UM-11 SuperBoxes. Each SuperBox will contain five packs of UM-11 plus a specially made 1/1 UM-11 Game-Used Memo/Auto card.

Then open your UM-11 SuperBox at In The GameLand and receive another 1/1. A randomly selected UM-11 SuperBox Game-Used Memorabilia card.

The number of UM-11 SuperBoxes is limited and will be available at various dealer booths at the Spring Expo. Between The Pipes 10th Anniversary Set Hunt

To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Between The Pipes the ITG all-goalie product we have a created the Between The Pipes 10th Anniversary Set Hunt.

The first 750 collectors coming to the Spring Expo each day will be given a special ticket at the door which entitles them to received a special show-stamped 10th Anniversary buyback base card which come from previous releases.
There are 50 different cards that are limited to 50 copies each and there is a special prize available for a lucky collector that collects a complete set by obtaining them from other attendees – a sealed 10-box case of the 2011-12 Between The Pipes!

“One of the fundamental things our hobby is built upon is trading,” said In The Game’s President, Dr. Brian Price. “With this program, I wanted to encourage interaction between collectors in addition to promoting the great history of Between The Pipes. When it was released a decade ago, it was met with cheers by the hobby and we want to give back to recognize the continual support this brand has received.

Collectors who pulled UM-11 Ultimate Give-Away Redemption Cards and registered them with us by April 15th are eligible for the UM-11 Spin To Win. Over the three days of Spring Expo, ten different pieces of Game-Used memorabilia will be given to collectors. Complete schedule of the Spin To Win draws will be posted at In The GameLand. Deal or No Deal

The Expo tradition continues with Deal or No Deal where Expo attendees can play the game and win ITG products. Sponsored again by Prince Wholesale, this program is always a big hit at In The GameLand. The hours of play will be announced as we get closer to the Spring Expo.

So You Think You Know Goalies Contest

Two times each day of the Expo ITG will conduct a goalies trivia contest. All you need to do to qualify is be at In The GameLand when the program is on. Three contestants will answer questions until one of them gets three correct answers in a row, that contestant wins. Prizes will be boxes of 2010-11 Between The Pipes. Don't miss it. I have some important news, well maybe not news but reminders for In The Game collectors.

Ultimate Giveaway Promotion

Randomly inserted into packs of UM-11, collectors can find Ultimate Giveaway cards.

There are ten different Ultimate Giveaway cards. Each Ultimate Giveaway card depicts a different piece of game-used memorabilia on the front of the card. There are six of each of these cards inserted into the product, each one is a different color.

For example there are six different Ultimate Giveaway cards depicting a game-used Brett Hull San Jose All-Star game-used jersey, each one of the six cards is a different color.

Each Ultimate Giveaway card qualifies you to win an authentic piece of game-used memorabilia from In The Game. In order to qualify for the “Spin To Win” event at the Spring Expo in Toronto, all Ultimate Giveaway Cards must be received by In The Game no later than April 15, 2012.

Spin To Win Event

At the Spring Expo in Toronto in the In The Gameland booth, we will spin our In The Game wheel to see who wins the game-used memorabilia.

If the color on the wheel matches the card you submit, you will receive the game-used memorabilia. We will continue to spin the In The Game wheel until a winner is declared from the Ultimate Giveaway Cards registered by April 15, 2012.

All authentic game-used memorabilia will be given away at the Spring Expo. So please make sure that any Ultimate Giveaway cards you have are in our hands by April 15, 2012. You cannot bring them to the Spring Expo to qualify, they must be sent to us prior to the deadline.

Emerald Ice Redemption

Collectors of the 2010-11 Between The Pipes are well aware of the error that was made on the back of the Emerald Masked Men cards.

The Emerald Version of the Masked Men Cards was announced on the In The Game website as out of 340 of each card; however, 1/1 was printed on the back of each and every Emerald Masked Men card in error.

Even though there is nothing that we could have done about this error except apologize, we wanted to give collectors an option to make their Emerald Masked Men cards more valuable.

So we created the Emerald Masked Men Redemption Program. All redemptions for the 2010-11 Between The Pipes Emerald Masked Men Redemption” Program must be sent by April 30, 2012. We will not redeem any cards sent after that date and please note, we will also not return cards received after that date.

10-11 Between The Pipes He Shoots He Saves Redemption Program

"He Shoots, He Saves" Between The Pipes redemption cards can be found inserted in all packs of 2010-11 Between The Pipes except those that contain memorabilia cards. Every "He Shoots, He Saves" redemption card is worth one point.

Once you accumulate 200 redemption points, you are eligible to receive a special game-used memorabilia card not available in packs. Redemption points may be redeemed for special Between The Pipes "He Shoots, He Saves" game-used memorabilia cards.

There will be 30 of these special Between the Pipes game-used memorabilia cards and each will be individually hand-numbered out of 20. These cards will be sealed in In The Game memorabilia card holders. All redemptions for the 2010-11 Between The Pipes "He Shoots, He Saves" Redemption Program must be sent by April 30, 2012.

So don't delay one month to go. So three important dates and all in April. We want to keep all our collectors happy so please don't miss any of these dates. In order to be fair to collectors who send their redemptions on time, we will not be able to extend the deadlines in any of these programs.
