Each team set features a minimum of 21 cards including all 20 cards for every team in the 2003-04 In The Game-Action set. (Sorry, but no Minnesota Wild sets are available). Every set also comes with a special team header card. One side of the header card features the 2004 All-Star logo and the respective team name while the other side features a checklist of every card in the team set.

A number of team sets have been enhanced, thanks to the inclusion of all 24 Rookie Debut cards in these team sets. That means the Penguins' team set includes Marc-André Fleury (card #601) and Ryan Malone (card #615), every Carolina set includes Eric Staal (card #602), and every Bruins set features Patrice Bergeron (card #620).

Furthermore, every card in the set (header card excepted) is stamped with an attractive silver-foil 2004 All-Star Game logo to distinguish them from regular In The Game-Action cards.
