In The Game Free Agent Signings

Dr. Brian H. Price, President and General Manager of the In The Game, is pleased to announce three significant free agent signings for the 2005-06 Heroes & Prospects season.

"In this market, with challenges coming at us from all sides, we are thrilled to announce the newest members of the Heroes & Prospects team." Price said from the team's training camp.

Alexander Ovechkin, the first overall pick in the 2004 Draft, signed on as a member of the ITG team for a second season.

Evgeni Malkin, the second player taken in the 2004 Draft, has agreed to terms with ITG for the 2005-06 season, bringing youth and speed to the team.

The third signing is Chris Bourque, the son of one of the Heroes & Prospects veterans. Rounding out the team, playing goal, is veteran Patrick Roy with Chris' dad, Raymond Bourque, steadying the defense. A young crop of rookies including future phenom John Tavares remain in camp.

"We are not finished yet, I am working day and night to put the best Heroes & Prospects team on the ice possible. New signings will be announced in the very near future."
