1972 - The Year In Hockey takes you back to
the days when you would trade five cards for the one you needed to complete
your set.
Packed in wax wrappers with 9 cards per
pack*, 1972 - The Year In Hockey combines a lesson in hockey history with a
chance to relive your collecting days.
1972 also
featured what many think is the greatest series of hockey games in the history
of the sport. Known as the Summit Series, Canada vs. USSR. 1972 - The Year In Hockey pays tribute to this
event.

1972 - The Year
In Hockey will feature a 200-card base set, hard-signed autographs, authentic
game-used memorabilia cards and non-memorabilia inserts.
The 200-card
base checklist will feature players from the NHL, WHA and Canada/Russia Series.
Including two checklists cards #100 and card #200. Remember checking off your
cards on those checklist cards every time you opened a pack.
There will be
approximately 150 hard-signed autograph cards, an autograph collectors'
delight. Hall of Famers, hard to find WHA skaters and far away Russians will
all be included in the autograph card checklist. Autograph cards will be
inserted in a ratio of one to every seven packs**, so look for two-three
autograph cards per box.

Designed in retro-fashion, there will some great authentic game-used
