Vancouver 2010 - How To Order

Since the announcement of Vancouver 2010 series we have received a lot of great feedback from collectors.  

Vancouver 2010 will be a fantastic product that commemorates players who play for their country and we want to be sure that all collectors have an equal ordering opportunity.  Therefore it is important to note how this product can be ordered.

Please read the following carefully.

On February 5th at approximately 12:00 pm EST the Order Request Form will be posted In The Game store at www.itgestore.com.

The Vancouver 2010 category will be visible on the left hand side once you enter the store.  There will be an Order Request Form that collectors can download and complete with their requested order.  

Once completed, collectors can email (allan@itgtradingcards.com) or fax (905-470-5923) their Order Request Forms to ITG.  All necessary information will be included on the Order Request Form.  Alternatively if you are not by your computer we have set the following dedicated phone number that you can call to submit your order request 1-800-746-2351, please ask to speak with Allan. This line will be busy so it might be best to email or fax to get your Order Request Forms in early.

We will be accepting order request forms from Friday February 5th at 12:00 pm EST to Friday February 12th at 12:00 pm EST.

Requests will be fulfilled in the order they are received. It is not necessarily a guarantee that you will receive any or all of the cards in your order request.  For example, if we receive 11 order requests for a Vladislav Tretiak Autograph Card, the first 10 will receive one and 11th will unfortunately not have their order for this card fulfilled, in other words get your orders in ASAP.

If there are any Vancouver 2010 cards remaining after February 12th, they will be posted in our online store where they can be purchased directly without any need to complete an Order Request Form.

All orders must be paid for by Credit Card and your card will be billed when your order is confirmed. Since your cards will be taken out of our limited inventory and other collectors may not be able to order them once your order has been confirmed, we will not allow order cancellations or returns.

Although the checklist shows the country the player represents beside his name, it does not mean that the card will have memorabilia from the players' national team, all players will have memorabilia from either team jerseys or national team jerseys. In order to make this product as up to date as possible with current information on the card backs, the product will be released within four weeks of the Gold Medal Ceremony.

This process is not the most ideal for ITG as it creates a tremendous amount of additional paperwork for us but we wanted to create an equal opportunity for all collectors. After the first week, collectors who wanted to purchase cards should have placed their orders and the balance will go on sale on a first come, first serve basis.
