	Cornerstones After their introduction last year, the very popular Cornerstones inserts return in the 4th Edition. There are eight cards in the set featuring: Montreal Canadien goalies, 1967 Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins including Bobby Orr/Raymond Bourque/Joe Thornton/Eddie Shore to name three There are 20 of each of these cards inserted and each card has four memorabilia pieces.
	Game-used Emblem This 30 card set features game-used Emblems of the best players in the game. Nash, Yzerman, Kovalchuk, Forsberg, Modano, Brodeur, Lemieux to name a few. There are 10 of each card inserted and there is also a gold 1/1 version.
	Franchise-Present and Future The 4th Edition features a new twist to the Franchise insert set. These card include two pieces of memorabilia from each NHL team's franchise player and a future franchise player. Some of the combinations are: Lemieux/Fleury, Nash/Zherdev, Luongo/Bouwmeester and Yzerman/Datsyuk. There are 40 of each card inserted.
	Calder Candidates Who will win the Calder Memorial Trophy as the league's best rookie. This 12-card set depicts the most eligible candidates for this prestigious award. There are 50 of each card produced along with a 1/1 gold version. Players in this insert set include; Andrew Raycroft, Michael Ryder, Trent Hunter, Patrice Bergeron and Eric Staal.
	Blades of Steel and Vintage Blades of Steel There are 7 cards in the Blades of Steel insert set and 20 cards in the Vintage version. There are 20 of each card produced. Players include; Mario Lemieux, Bill Bariko, Raymond Bourque, Bobby Orr, Tim Horton, Eddie Shore and Joe Thornton.
	Perennial Power House Game-used Emblem This insert set features players from Perennial Stanley Cup contenders, the Colorado Avalanche. There are three distinct insert sets; Game-used Jerseys (30 of each), Game-used Emblem (10 of each) and Game-used Stick and Jerseys (30 of each). Some of the players featured are: Patrick Roy, Raymond Bourque, Joe Sakic, Peter Forsberg and Paul Kariya.
	Lifetime Achievers This insert set pays tribute to the achievements of some of the game's greats. There are 8 players in this insert set and there are 30 cards of each player inserted. The players to whom we pay homage include: Mario Lemieux, Bobby Orr, Mark Messier, Steve Yzerman and Raymond Bourque.
	Great Moments in Hockey A continuation of an insert set featured in the Ultimate Memorabilia 3rd Edition, the cards include Patrick Roy's 551 wins, The Heritage Classic in Edmonton, Steve Yzerman, the longest serving Captain in NHL history and Can Neely's 50 goals in 49 games. There are 12 cards in the insert set and 40 of each card inserted.

	Emblem Attic One of the most popular insert sets in the Ultimate Memorabilia, this year's version won't disappoint. There are 20 different players and each player has 5 base versions inserted along with 1 gold version. What a checklist, including: Orr, Worters, Crozier, Beliveau, Hainsworth, Sawchuk, Plante, Dionne, and Hall.
	Retro Teammates Retro Teammates feature triple memorabilia pieces from teammates of days gone by. There are ten different cards in the insert set and 30 cards of each. Some the Retro Teammates cards include; Richard/Harvey/Plante. Leetch/Richter/Messier, Orr/Cheevers/Bucyk and Clarke/Barber/Parent.
	Career Year Once in player's career they accomplish goals that set that year apart from others, Career Year hi-lights those years. There are eight different Career Year cards and forty copies of each inserted. Some of the Career Year cards include: Cam Neely, Rick Nash, Bobby Orr, Patrick Roy and Mario Lemieux.
	Active Eight The popular Active Eight insert returns to UM-4. Each card features triple memorabilia from the current three leaders in NHL statistical categories. As in its name, there are 8 cards in the insert set and thirty copies of each inserted. Some of the Active Eight cards include: Belfour/Brodeur/Hasek, Lemieux/Hull/Yzerman and Lemieux/Messier/Forsberg.
	Journey Emblem In today's NHL, players change teams for a multitude of reasons, this insert set features emblem pieces from individual players from several of the teams that they played for in their NHL career. There are ten different players in this insert set and only 10 cards of each player. A gold version 1/1 is also included in the UM-4. Some of the Journey Emblem cards are: Brian Leetch, Tony Amonte, Raymond Bourque, Ed Belfour and Paul Kariya.
	Nameplates Nameplates are pieces of the player's name cut right from the backs of their game-used jerseys both regular season and All-Star. There are thirty different cards in the Nameplates insert set and forty of each card are inserted with the exception of Patrick Roy's card which is out of 20. This is also a gold 1/1 version of each card. Some of the Nameplates cards are: Dany Heatley, Curtis Joseph, Henrik Zetterberg, Patrick Roy, Kari Lehtonen and Steve Yzerman.
	Always An All-Star Always An All-Star features players who have appeared in at least three different All-Star game with each card having a game-used jersey piece from all three All-Star Games. There are 20 players in the set with 50 cards inserted for each. In addition, there is a gold 1 of 1 version. The checklist includes Martin Brodeur, Patrick Roy and Raymond Borque.
	Bleu Blanc et Rouge This "Cut" Signature set commemorates the rich history of the Montreal Canadiens. There are eighteen cut signature cards of Montreal greats, each one is a 1/1 and a rare piece of hockey history. Some of the Bleu, Blanc et Rouge cards are: Aurel Joliat, Newsy Lalonde, George Hainsworth and Dick Irvin.
	Lumbergraphs This concept has never been done before. Vintage autographed sticks have been cut and the players autograph on the lumber has been insert in these 1/1 cards. There are fifty different cards in the insert set. Some of the Lumbergraphs are: Dit Clapper, Charlie Conacher, Tim Horton, Cy Wentworth and Cecil Hart.
	Raised to the Rafters It takes a special player to have your number "Raised to the Rafters" and these twenty players are very special. Each card contains a piece of the players game-used memorabilia and there are thirty of each card produced. Some of the cards in the Raised to the Rafters insert set are: Cam Neely, Bobby Orr, Marcel Dionne, Bernie Parent. Sid Abel and Johnny Bower.
	Complete Jersey The Complete Jersey insert features four different pieces of a player's game-used jersey. Jersey, number, emblem and fight strap. There are twenty different cards in this insert set and thirty of each card inserted. Some of the cards in the Complete Jersey insert set are: Joe Thornton, Brett Hull, Patrick Roy, Sergei Fedorov, Martin Brodeur and Mike Modano.
	Rookie Jersey/Emblem Pieces of game-used jerseys and game-used emblems from this year's rookies. This is one of the most exciting new Ultimate insert sets. There are forty different players in the insert set and only ten of each card inserted. There is a gold 1/1 version of each cards. Some of the players in the Rookie Jersey/Emblem insert set are: Ryan Malone, Tuomo Ruutu, Kari Lehtonen, Nathan Horton and Patrice Bergeron.
	Memorialized Each year NHL players and coaches are distinguished from their peers by a number of trophies. The Memorialized insert features cut signatures from the individuals whose names have been memorialized by these trophies. The checklist includes; Lady Byng, Jack Adams, Lester B. Pearson, Prince of Wales and Cecil Hart.
	Game-Used Jersey and Number Double pieces of memorabilia adorn these cards. A piece of a game-used jersey and a piece of a game-used number. 	Ultimate Captains A return insert set in the 4th Edition, Ultimate Captains feature pieces of the Captain�s C from game-used jerseys. There are eight players in this insert set with only five cards of each player inserted. Players featured include: Raymond Bourque, Jean Beliveau, Mario Lemieux, Vincent Lecavalier and Scott Stevens.
	Complete Package A quad memorabilia card featuring a piece from four different kinds of a player�s game-used equipment is known as Complete Package. There are 11 different players in the set and 10 of each player inserted. In addition, there is a gold 1 of 1 version. The checklist includes Jarome Iginla, Mario Lemieux and Steve Yzerman.
	First Time Trophy Winners Another insert set featuring cut signatures. First Time Trophy Winners feature players who were the first to win the coveted NHL trophies. All cards are one of one and there are ten in the insert set. The checklist includes: George Hainsworth, Fred Shero, Phil Esposito, Syl Apps and Elmer Lach.
	Magnificent Career None can deny that the Magnificent One has had a Magnificent Career. UM-4 hi-lites that career with a 10 card set with 40 of each card inserted. 	Hattricks This insert set features triple memorabilia of some of game's greatest players. Vintage Hattricks feature triple memorabilia of vintage greats. Combinations of sticks, gloves, jerseys, pads, skates ect. There are 20 cards in the Hattricks insert with 30 of each player inserted. There are only 6 cards in the Vintage Hattricks insert set and only 10 of each player inserted. 	Vintage Jerseys They don't make jerseys the way they used to. Vintage Jerseys feature 40 different cards and 40 of each player inserted. There is also a gold version which are 1 of 1's. 	Magnificent Prospects Who will be the next stars of the NHL? This insert set features 10 of our choices. Each card is autographed by Mario Lemieux and there are 10 of each card inserted. There is also a memorabilia version featuring a game-used jersey piece from each prospect. There are 30 each of those inserted. The checklist includes Fleury, Ruutu, Zherdev and Raycroft.
	Retro Active Trophies A pleasurable mixture of old and new, this insert set features vintage and current winners of the NHL Awards. 	Made to Order (Single, Double, Triple, Complete Jersey and Complete Package) For the third straight year UM features the Made to Order card. This year with a twist. No only can you pick your own player but you can pick your own memorabilia from a list on our website for the single, double and triple cards. In addition, we now have five different categories as we have added this year; Complete Jersey and Complete Package.
	The Goal Probably the most famous goal in hockey history has taken on the name, "The Goal". Bobby Orr flying through the air after being tripped by Noel Picard and scoring on Glenn Hall. The Bruins defeat the Blues and win the Stanley Cup. This 14 card insert set commemorates this great event with game-used memorabilia of all three players.
	Ultimate Defenseman Whom other that Bobby Orr is the Ultimate Defenseman, he re-invented the position. There are six different cards in this insert set with only 20 copies of each. 	Ultimate Forward The Ultimate Forward for the UM 4th Edition is Mario Lemieux. This 6 card insert set is limited to just 20 cards. To go along with the memorabilia set there is an autograph version which is limited to 6 of each card. The checklist includes: game-used number, game-used glove, game-used pants and triple memorabilia.
	Ultimate Vezina, Norris, Pearson and Rocket Richard Trophy The NHL Awards will take place on June 10, 2004 and the winners of the Vezina, Hart and Calder Trophies will be announced. There are 10 redemption cards for each of these three awards. The Rocket Richard Trophy is not a redemption card and there are ten of each of these triple memorabilia cards as well. The award was won by; Jarome Iginla, Rick Nash and Ilya Kovalchuk.
