Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to get 250 points of the same color variation?
No, all three color variations of the points cards can be used to get to 250 points in total. However, all points cards must come from NHL Franchises. Points cards from all three separate NHL Franchises editions (Canadian, U.S. West, U.S. East) can be combined.
Can I choose the Special Memorabilia Series Game-used Jersey card I want?
Choosing the card you would like is not possible. What if the first 20 collectors picked the same card?
How does In The Game, Inc. choose which card to send me?
We are sending the cards out in order 1-50 as each redemption package is received. Once we get to #50 we will go back to #1 again. This is the fairest way for all collectors.
Can I get back my Redemption Cards?
Sorry, these cards are destroyed when they are returned to us.

When will I get my special NHL Franchises game-used memorabilia card?
Please allow six to eight weeks from receipt of your redemption points.
When is the Redemption Program over?
All redemptions for the 2004-05 NHL Franchises He Shoots-He Scores Redemption Program must be sent by December 31, 2005. We will not redeem any cards sent after that date and please note, we will also not return cards received after that date.
Can I mix redemption points from other In The Game releases?
Sorry, no. You must use only points from the three editions of 2004-05 NHL Franchises. If points were mixed there is no way we could predict how many cards would be redeemed and therefore, this program would be flawed.
